Gold rate Pakistan

Gold rate in Pakistan today

The number below is the last rate our system successfully recorded, with the exact Pakistan time it was captured. Nothing here is estimated or filled in when the source is quiet.

One country, one bullion rate — but many quoted numbers

Pakistan's gold rate follows international bullion and the rupee. Because both move all day, two shops quoting at different hours can genuinely differ without either being wrong. The date and time attached to a rate matter as much as the rate itself.

24K is the reference, 22K is what you wear

Bullion rates are quoted in 24K. Jewellery in Pakistan is overwhelmingly 22K, because pure gold is too soft for daily wear. When you compare a jewellery quote against a headline rate, check you are comparing the same karat.

The rate is only the metal

A finished piece adds making charges for craftsmanship, plus any stones or design work. That is why the invoice for a 10-gram bangle is never simply ten times the per-gram rate.

Where our number comes from

We pull the Karachi market rate from a market data provider on a schedule and store each reading. We do not compute a rate ourselves, and if the provider is silent you will see the last known reading with its timestamp rather than a guess.

A rate tells you what the metal is worth. What you actually pay depends on the piece — come see it, or ask us first.
