What we collect
When you use the Ask Usmania concierge or send an enquiry, we store the details you choose to share: your interest, occasion, approximate budget band, timeline, city, preferred contact method and an optional name, along with a summary of the conversation. We also record which page and campaign brought you to the site.
What we never ask for
We do not request card numbers, CNIC details, bank information or any payment inside chat. If anything claiming to be Usmania Jewels asks for these online, do not provide them.
Why we store it
Only so the shop can reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation on WhatsApp. Enquiry records are visible to the shop's authorised staff only and are not readable by other visitors.
Continuing on WhatsApp moves the conversation to a third-party platform governed by its own privacy terms.
Removal requests
Message +92 323 2399823 and ask for your enquiry record to be deleted, quoting your reference number if you have one.
